The Squibb Taylor AL1713-225 is an excess flow valve for anhydrous ammonia (NH3) with a 3-inch MNPT inlet, 3-inch MNPT x 2-inch FNPT outlet, a 225 GPM closing flow excess. It is designed to automatically close when liquid NH3 flow exceeds the preset 225 GPM rate, preventing large discharges from hose or piping breaks.
